Metscoo Project

This fast-track project involved the design, manufacturing, and supply of aluminium heavy-duty step walkways and handrails, including all supporting structures, tailored for a dome-shaped roof. All structural elements were installed directly on the batons of the roof, ensuring stability without compromising aesthetics. The project was successfully completed within an ambitious 30-day timeframe, as requested by the client, due to the critical nature of the installation.

• Scope & Design: Delivered a custom-engineered solution involving the design, fabrication, and supply of heavy-duty Aluminium Step Walkways, Ladder and Handrails for a dome-shaped roof. All structural elements were designed to install directly onto roof batons, maintaining both stability and aesthetic integrity.
• Execution: Despite the complexity of the curved surface and safety requirements, the system was manufactured off-site and installed with precision, ensuring seamless integration without compromising the roof structure or visual appeal.
• Timeline: Completed within an accelerated 30-day schedule, meeting the client’s urgent timeline for critical infrastructure with zero compromise on quality, safety, or compliance.
