For one of Asia’s largest rooftop solar plants on asbestos roofs, we supplied a modular aluminium walkway system designed to bear loads of 200 kg per square metre. The walkways included custom anti-skid surfaces and interconnecting aluminium ladders (1.5 m to 2 m in height), ensuring safe navigation across multiple roof levels.

  • Scope & Requirement: Supplied a modular Aluminium Walkway System for one of Asia’s largest rooftop solar plants, installed on asbestos roofs requiring lightweight yet durable solutions.

  • Design & Features: Walkways were engineered to support 200 kg/m² load, featuring custom anti-skid surfaces and interconnecting Aluminium Ladders ranging from 5 to 2 meters in height for safe multi-level roof access.

  • Outcome: Delivered a secure, long-lasting access system tailored for challenging roof conditions, enabling safe maintenance and inspection across the expansive solar installation.
